Michael is a technology and business strategist, who also runs the ICDL Africa operations in Uganda as the accreditation consultant. ICDL Africa manages the accreditation of a growing network of ICDL Accredited Test Centres (ATCs), and provides a focal point for the formation of partnerships with organisations who share their national economic development and capacity building goals. In this episode, Michael and I discuss some of the challenges entrepreneurs face when starting up their businesses, and where they go wrong in planning for sustainable business models.
